1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Mt. Juliet Steam Restoration, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial restoration projects conducted in Mt. Juliet, TN.
2. Service Standards
We utilize the Rotovac® 360i and Mytee® LTD5 industrial systems. While we guarantee a restorative-grade clean, please note that "permanent" stains (dyes, bleach, certain aged oils) may not be fully reversible. Our lead technician will provide an honest assessment prior to beginning the work.
3. Customer Obligations
To ensure a successful restoration, we ask that you:
- Remove breakable items and small furniture from the work area.
- Secure all pets in a safe area away from hoses and mechanical equipment.
- Provide a contact number for arrival notifications (we do not sell your data).
4. Payment & Cancellation
Payment is due upon completion of the restorative service unless prior arrangements have been made. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to allow us to offer the slot to other residents in the Providence/Del Webb area.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mt. Juliet Steam Restoration is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly installed flooring, or delicate fabrics that are not identified by the client prior to cleaning. We follow IICRC standards for all restorative procedures.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Wilson County.
